"How it all Vegan" was one of the first cookbooks I got when I started. It was helpful and even has a big list of "no-no"s in the back which can seem overwhelming at first, but does get easier to deal with as you go along and find your own style and tastes. http://govegan.net/

I've also heard good things about the book "Vegan Freak" by Bob and Jenna Torres. http://veganfreak.net/ I enjoy their podcast and find it informing.

Edit: Also, have fun! Veganism can be a very interesting journey. I wish you the best.

Could you possibly recommend a good "Getting started going vegan" resource to me. I have done it before and am really interested in doing it again. But I feel at a loss as to where to start. Eventually I'd like my whole home to be vegan. I know that means a lot, but I have no idea where all the "hidden" items are like cleaning products, textiles, etc.. I love your blog. Great writing. Thanks a lot!
Blessings
